No. Most people arrive sceptical. You do not need to subscribe to any belief system or philosophy. Come as you are, and simply notice how you feel after. That is usually enough.
Neither. You are fully awake throughout the session. There is no altered state, no suggestions being made to you, and no spiritual framework to subscribe to. Think of it as a structured way to help your mind and body slow down, through gentle touch, not conversation or instruction.
Most people notice something after the first session. Some come once and feel they got what they needed. Others find that a few sessions over several weeks allows the shift to deepen and last longer. There is no fixed programme. Start with one and see how you feel.
Yes. The sessions are gentle and non-invasive. They have been used with people of all ages, from young children to elderly individuals. Sessions for children are typically shorter, around 30 minutes.
Access Body Process sessions work with specific areas of the body rather than the 32 head points. They are also gentle and hands-on, and are particularly helpful for people who carry physical tension, discomfort, or stress in the body. Both sessions can be done separately or together.
